Without a face to warm, is sunlight just some heat?

The sun is lonely
without your warm face
It does not only heat,
but warms my face so sweet
Without your face,
There’s no way for it’s presence to grace
You being away
would feel out of place
Would the sun shine as bright
Would it be dark as night
Or would it feel as cold as snow
This we will never know

So please keep warming my face
all with your touch
And lest not be in a rush
All other things can shush
Your chest, my pillow
The sun peeking through,
like we’re in a willow
And it shining a bright, beautiful amarillo
